Antara Sampoorna Yoga
In Sanskrit, Antara means “within”, “in the middle” or “in-between”, in order to purify the soul or to gain the ultimate union, one need to connect the body and mind, Antara is that middle ground, “The Bridge”. Yoga is a philosophy of a way of life, an experiential science, each person’s experience with yoga. Yoga has gradually evolved in the way we know it today, through centuries, based on the experiences and wisdom garnered the world over. Although it could mean something different to each person, it is ingrained in the being of “Oneness”. Hence Antara's Sampoorna Yoga encompasses the union of body and mind, wholeness of the self, union of jivatman with the paramataman. It is the Circle of Life.
