It takes sessions of various forms of yoga like Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Karma Yoga, Artistic Yoga, Power Yoga, Dynamic Yoga, Shivananda Yoga and other elements like Pranayama, Asanas and Dhyana (meditation).
They believe that in order to develop a healthy lifestyle, individuals must pay attention to their diet. Unhealthy eating habits & a nutrient deficient intake ruin health & productivity thus paving the way for disease & lethargy. Their trainer teaches how to eat right & keep the body fit, thereby enabling one to deal with rigors of everyday life, keeping the energy level high. Their emphasis is on balanced eating. The focus being no starvation & a balanced diet which includes the correct combination of protein, carbohydrates, fat, vitamin & mineral & all vital important for correct nutrition & adequate weight loss.
It also provides a facility of counseling patients on their eating patterns for various disorders such as diabetes, cardiac problems, respiratory problems, hormonal imbalance, water retentions, tuberculosis etc.
