Cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to the tour start time will be fully refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the tour start time will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows: If you do not show up for the tour without cancelling in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund, including the non-refundable deposit. Inclement weather: In the event of inclement weather, the tour will still go ahead unless deemed unsafe by the tour guide. If the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule for another day or receive a full refund.
