The Tibetan Yoga & Meditation Center was established with the mission to share the great Gift of Tibetan yoga with as many people as possible. Razia Patel, the owner & teacher of the Center wants people to feel happy, healthy, young & energetic so they can work more efficiently and enjoy life to the full. Razia Patel has been teaching Tibetan Yoga and Meditation since the last 9 years.
Here, mainly the workshops of Tibetan yoga and meditation are conducted for Corporates, Organizations, Clubs, Hotels, Schools, Colleges and Housing Societies. The Tibetan Yoga is based on 5 Rites that attract the universal energy in the body; balancing the 7 Chakras which promote the free flow of prana (chi energy) revitalizing the body & mind. They activate endocrine glands regulating the hormonal output.5 Rites work on the main systems of the body namely, the nervous system, the digestive system, the cardiovascular system and the respiratory system.
It conducts workshops for companies outside Mumbai in other cities like Delhi, Banglore, Pune, Ahmedabad, Lonavala, Hydrabad and Chenai. Some workshops have been conducted in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Bahrain, Nairobi, Cairo, UAE, Malaysia, Singapore, Lisbon, London, Canada, Switzerland and South Africa.
It also serves a package of all printed material for reference and support for doing the Rites, Pranayam, Qi Gong stretches and Meditation daily.
