Leopold Cafe

Made famous on account of the 2003 best seller novel 'Shantaram' and it being an early target in the infamous 26/11 terrorist attack on Mumbai, Leopold Cafe was built in 1871 by the Iranis. This erstwhile oil store took its present form in 1987. Needless to say, Leopold cafe has a lot of history associated with it.

The interiors of this place is designed like a French Café and it provides delicious cuisines and exotic drinks with legendary service. Fondly called Leo, the cafe is a very popular choice among the locals as well as the tourists and serves Indian, Continental and Chinese food.

It is known for its dishes like the chicken tikka masala, beef chilly combo and of course , the bamboo shoots. The cafe serves more than 333 dishes from cereals, sandwiches, eggs and toasts, fish n chips and Biryani to name a few.

It has a well stocked bar and serves almost all kinds of drinks one can think of, including fruit juices and Lassis (frozen yoghurt).
