It serves dishes like the Oriental Crab Bisque, the Crisp but Tender Peking Inspired Duck, Nonya Bamboo Chicken, Balinese Clay Pot of Zucchini, Young Corn and Broccoli, Norwegian Salmon Flavored with Dill, Lemon Butter and Crisp Seaweed, and Mekong Whiskey Flambéed Prawns in China Spoons. It serves some of the well appreciated gourmet delicacies like- Crab Cappuccino Soup, Smoked Salmon in Mascarpone Capers, Whiskey Flambé Prawns and Water Chestnuts with Corn Curd & Phyllo Encrusted Tofu with Sambol. An unusual blend of Eastern Ingredients graces the Veg. Menu such as the Miso & Peppercorn Encrusted Cottage Cheese & the Balinese Clay Pot Curry. It also serves imported sea food such as the Brilliant Miso Encrusted Chillean Sea Bass, Smoked Himalayan Rainbow Trout & Norwegian Smoked Salmon. A wide variety of Sushi & Sashimi with ingredients imported directly from Japan are on a separate Japanese Menu.
