It serves dishes like the Oriental Crab Bisque, the Crisp but Tender Peking Inspired Duck, Nonya Bamboo Chicken, Balinese Clay Pot of Zucchini, Young Corn and Broccoli, Norwegian Salmon Flavored with Dill, Lemon Butter and Crisp Seaweed, and Mekong Whiskey Flambéed Prawns in China Spoons. It serves some of the well appreciated gourmet delicacies like- Crab Cappuccino Soup, Smoked Salmon in Mascarpone Capers, Whiskey Flambé Prawns and Water Chestnuts with Corn Curd & Phyllo Encrusted Tofu with Sambol.
