Body –Mind-Soul Yoga Center is a non-commercial, charity center was formed in 2008. The word yoga comes from the Indian philosophy of yog, which means the union of body, mind and soul.
Yoga aims not only to strengthen the body physically by enhancing reflexes and developing muscular strength but also to provide relaxation and peace to the mind so as to provide mental strength as well. Therefore, they, at Body Mind Soul Yoga Center provide daily practice of yoga through various sessions throughout the day from 6.a.m till 9.p.m and also conduct shibirs, teacher training course, corporate workshops, meditations sessions and also lease the place for related activities / holistic / therapeutic / religious / healing activities.
They organized many such camps and workshops and finally started with regular yoga classes to spread the awareness of yoga sans, pranayams, meditations, mudras etc.
Their motto is to spread the awareness of eight limbs of yoga and inspire people to practice them in their daily life to overcome stress and establish peace within and around. The centre provides good yoga and regular meditation sessions for visitors. It also organizes short term and long term yoga and meditation sessions for the local persons and as well as for the tourists.
