Ltd. is a research oriented company founded by Shiv Kumar Mishra to impart Yogic training to all nationalities and aims to become the focal point for a mass return to the ancient science of Yoga. Internal cleansing system of the body called as Shuddhi Kriyas like jalneti, sutraneti, vaman dhouti etc. are also included in the curriculum for the students. Warm Yoga, Power Yoga, Passion Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Asthanga Yoga are their specialties.
