Bikram Yoga has 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises through which a variety of disorders – from stress and insomnia to arthritis and back pain are said to be cured; which further leads to a healthy and long life. The concept behind Bikram Yoga is very simple. It follows the theory that heat generated while doing “Hot” Bikram Yoga promotes detoxification through sweating and limits the effects of ageing.
