Rani Jijamata Udyaan in Byculla is a garden which was established in 1861. This garden previously known as Victoria Gardens is one of the more popular gardens in the city of Mumbai. A big clock tower welcomes you, as you enter this garden which basically has been envisaged as a zoo. It also has two museums within its premises by the name of Victoria and Albert (Bhau Daji Lad) museum, which are a treasure of Mumbai’s glorious past.
Its lush greenery brags of various plants and trees, which make the environment serene and beautiful to see. It is spread over an area of 48 acres.
