Description

Step entirely off the rigid mass-tourist tracks and experience Mumbai like a local. This immersive day tour moves chronologically through time, tracing the city's spectacular evolution from a quiet cluster of indigenous fishing islands, through the grand colonial 'British Bombay' era, and into today's hyper-paced global megapolis. To make your experience truly memorable, this tour is led by professional Mumbai theatre actors who are trained storytellers. You will explore Mumbai just like a local which is riding the famous local trains, traveling in the city's iconic black-and-yellow taxis and walking through hidden lanes that most visitors never see. Along the way, you'll enjoy two of Mumbai's most popular street foods, authentic Vada Pav and Pav Bhaji, from trusted local vendors known for their quality and hygiene.
