NTUC Learning Hub
Established in 1982, NTUC Learning Hub is a training arm of one of Singapore's largest group of homegrown companies - The NTUC Group. The organization has rapidly evolved to meet the burgeoning training needs and to continuously keep pace with the dynamic business economy. It was corporatized on 1 August 2004.
The institute focuses on case studies, group discussions, presentations, role play and practice sessions. All participants are strongly encouraged to contribute, to ensure a more interactive and engaging learning environment.

Service: Service excellence for India, basic service English, advanced service English, effective telephone customer service, complaint handling and service recovery. And many other courses are offered by this institute.
