21 Fahrenheit is India’s first Ice Lounge, located in Mumbai. It is maintained at a temperature of minus six degrees Celsius all year round. It is situated in the heart of the celebrity- studded fun-food-fashion junction of Andheri West.
It covers 820 square ft area, which holds 50 guests at a time. It is lit up with red and blue lights, decorated with ice carvings on the ice chair. Guests are given a navy blue furry Parka coat, insulated moon boots and gloves to wear before entering. Ice bars already exist in other countries, but apart from serving drinks, this bar is unique because it also serves hot food — and some of the food is served flambéed.
It has a well stocked ice bar, which serves an exotic and wide range of drinks & liquors such as- Single Malts, Tequila, Rums, Blended Scotches, American Whiskeys, Beers, Cognac, Breezers, Vodka, Energy Drink, Imported Gin, etc. It also has a live kitchen, which serves various kind of food such as- Sushi Platter, Prawn Tempura, Chicken, Murg Angan Kebab, Seven Spice Vegetable Barbeque, Mushroom Jalapeno Poppers, Indonesian dishes, etc. The restaurant has an innovative concept of single portion meal, which entices the guests to try different cuisine features on the menu. It plays trendy music of House, Commercial, Hip-Hop and Bollywood and arranges DJ every Wednesday & Saturday.
